| Financial Information Typically Required For Buying a Home in Ga - The Britting Group |

In order to process your loan as quickly and efficiently as possible, the following information will be needed to complete your file. If possible, please have this information available at the time of your application.
- Sales contract signed by purchaser and seller.
- Residence for past two years - Dates, landlords/mortgage holders, addresses & account numbers.
- Copy of 1 month current paystubs - Gross monthly income.
- Copy of 2 years w-2s and 2 years completed tax returns with schedules.
- Copy of 3 months bank statements, account numbers and balance along with most recent statements for 401K, IRA, Stocks, etc.
- Liabilities-creditors name, address, account numbers.
- A check for credit report and appraisal fee.
- Other items that may be required:
- Contract for sale of current residence.
- Copy of closing statement on your previous residence if closing occurred within the last two years.
- Certification of disability, retirement or Social Security income.
- Copy of Divorce Decree.
- Copy of Drivers Licenses and Social Security Card.
- Self-employed or own 25% of company, provide two years business tax returns, a year-to-date profit and loss statement, and current balance sheet.
- Warranty or Security Deed.
