Loan processing takes approximately three to six weeks, so it is very important that you supply all the paperwork in a timely manner to your loan officer.
Getting pre-approved for a particular loan amount is tantamount to an all-cash offer. It makes your contract stronger because the Seller does not worry that your contract will not close due to financing.
Set aside time to look at homes in two to four hour blocks so that if you find a home on which you wish to make an offer time is available to do so.
